A year and a half passed between the first time I contacted Scott about selling our Mill Valley house and the time we finally sold it. Scott checked in occasionally during that time but we never felt pressured to work with him. When we did finally decide to move, we called on him to represent us and I'm so glad we did.

Scott has many fine qualities as a seller's agent. He brings a very high level of professionalism to his work. He knows the southern Marin market well and understands the expectations of buyers in that market. His communication skills are first rate and, if there are questions, he is always available to answer.

We let him know from the beginning what our budget would be to prepare our house for sale and it was always front of mind for him as he led us through the process. He has an extensive network of resources to call on to complete the tasks identified and worked closely with us to establish a schedule for everything from small repairs to cleanup, painting, staging, all of it. It was a relief to let him handle that while we prepared to move.

Importantly, we also thought Scott did a great job of pricing our property in order to bring in a large number of qualified buyers.

Finally, he's a nice, affable guy with a calm and calming manner. We really enjoyed working with him and thought he did a great job for us from start to finish.
